The Vegetarian by Han Kang

4.0

Really vivid writing. I didn't know too much about the premise going in and I think this made the book a more enjoyable read.

The book was divided into three POV chapters - none from the perspective of the vegetarian in the novel (Yeong-hye). I liked how some of her motives were revealed to these different POVs over the course of the story. Some of the POVs (mostly the men) were pretty terrible people. Definitely thought-provoking.
