The Untamed by K. Webster
5.0
The Wild (The Wild#1)- Daddy Reed and Devon
The Free ((The Wild#2)- Eve and Atticus
The Untamed ((The Wild#3)- Children of Reed and Devon, featured is also the son of Eve and Atticus
Can be read as a standalone! If you want the backstory then definitely read book 1. Book 2 is also great but not as essential to the storyline.
It was disturbing how much I loved this book. If you are not a fan of forbidden romance then this one is not for you. This series is the most taboo I've ever read and just when I think the author can't take it further, she proves me wrong in this book.
Ryder, Reagan and Rowan perfectly compliment each other with their personalities. I loved Reagan's fierce and stubborn nature. She's the tom boy who wants to be treated just as fairly as her brothers and she is the definition of a wild child. Rowan is the quiet book nerd and Ryder is the glue that holds them all together. These three are siblings, best friends and become so much more...
This book explores the early dynamics of this very taboo relationship but we also get some suspense in the storyline. The Reed family live in the middle of nowhere Alaska and have no interaction with other members of society. A strange group of people end up trespassing on their land and a series of events unfold that leads up to a scary cliffhanger. Needless to say I am dying for the next book!
Some of you all are not ready for this and that's ok. Be careful and read the author's warning before going in. For those of you brave enough I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
