The Plot to Kill Hitler: Dietrich Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Spy, Unlikely Hero by Patricia McCormick

4.0

A solid, brief biography on Bonhoeffer. She captures the life and thought of Dietrich very well. My biggest complaint is simply the title of the book. The plot to kill Hitler was the reason for his dying but not the center of his living. She accurately gives greater attention to his writing, teaching, pastoring, and life outside of WWII and Nazi Germany, but Injusy don’t see why she solely focused on this part of his story for the title. Probably trying to click-bait.

Great for infrequent readers interested in Bonhoeffer or even teens.
