This was an incredible read, and for a lot of reasons. I don't know if I expect to meet characters like these again. Deeply human and flawed but driven by an innate goodness. The book being divided into three main settings almost gave it the feel of a play. The ending was a hair less strong than the rest, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
