Strangers to Ourselves: Unsettled Minds and the Stories That Make Us by Rachel Aviv

4.0

Went with the audiobook for this one and now I wish I had a physical copy so I can analyze it line by line! It takes a very well-rounded view on mental health and shines a light on how far we have come, and how much further we have to go. The profile of stories here are impactful and thought-provoking. Can't help but feel the need to be a little kinder to myself and everyone I encounter after reading this.
