I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t that. I cried a lot after I was done reading it and it’s not because I’ve had migraines the last few days. But today was one of the good days and I sat down to read something that I had no expectations about. I don’t know if I liked it. I can’t say I hated it either. But I will say that the main protagonist was not the main character no matter how much they tried to humanize Marnie.
