Ms. Marvel, Vol. 7: Damage Per Second by G. Willow Wilson

4.0

First read of 2022 and I decided to start with the next installment of one of my favourite comic book series, which I'm determined to finish before the series premiers on Disney+. Sad to say, and still rated 4 stars, which means my expectations are always high, is that it was a filler volume. The action was there, jt tackled cyber bullying and being kind on the internet, it brushed off lightly being forced to come out, but still gave space for one favourite side character, Zoe, to grow. With only three volumes left, the end of this series is fast approaching and I felt like it gave up space before setting up the big finale. Also, it feauted minimal Bruno, which I understand why, but I still need him in my volumes. Fortunately, this installment had an amazing finale, featuring Bruno's adventures while in university in Wakanda, guest starring one of the best Marvel superheroes, the only and only, Black Panther. (Spoiler alert oops).
