this was cute and heartwarming! personally, the romance just wasn't for me. i would've appreciated this book more if it had only been about aly's acceptance of love and help in her life, without the second chance romance stuff. like yes it's a rom com, but i really think the self love journey and finally sticking up for herself was the better plotline. or maybe if the romance she had found had been a new one, i would've liked that more. also, i loved that she went from thinking her two coworkers were pretty surface level friends to forming good connections with both of them through their fixer upper business. overall, a fun, silly read, enjoyable.
