Daughter of the Deep by Rick Riordan

5.0

If you know me well, you know my love for Rick Riordan’s writing is very high. Percy Jackson is the series I read almost every year and it continues to be my favorite. Well, Daughter of the Deep was all I hoped for and more. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this book. It is different than his normal, but the writing was still fantastic and the story kept my attention. Riordan gives a modern take on 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea and has a female lead. What more could I want? Maybe a sequel.
