Did not finish book.

Honestly this book was just . . . meh. Dull. The characters were unengaging cookie-cutter stereotypes that went nowhere, the dialogue was rough and often felt out-of-place, the story was jerky, and after being dumped into it with no explanation - not even enough for a hook - the plot failed to take off for a while. It's also fairly gross and bleh in topic, but I expected that . . . if not to this degree. I stopped reading fairly early on.
