Notes on Grief by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

challenging emotional reflective sad tense fast-paced

5.0

Grief is one of those topics tht can't be described but only be felt. As it is said wisely tht 'everyone has a diffrent way of dealing with grief ' this emotional heartfelt book felt like a letter or journal by our author which she did to help her cope with the loss of her father. The way she described grief felt like feeling hot and cold , nothing and everything all together. Passing away of a beloved one will always be something we can never be prepare for but how she dealt with it , the way she saw the world afterwards , remembering him  and also the process of accepting tht you have lost someone. This was so powerful yet so emotional. I really felt it deep as if I am her. ' What is grief if not love preserving ' is all I am gonna say.
