I was able to buy "Glass Houses" by Rachel Caine on ebay for Php100 and hey, for a brand new paperback edition of the very first book in a much-talked about paranormal series, it was a steal.
While not perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Glass Houses". There were quite a number of times that I found myself a tad frustrated with the main character, Claire Danvers, but there was still something quite engaging about her. The rest of kooky cast were interesting as well so it was easy to get through the entire book while becoming immersed in all things Morganville.
Great. Just what I needed. Another book to tempt me into buying the rest of the series! Hahahaha! (And yes, the other books are on my "must-buy" book list!)
