Dramatic, but true and I love it so much. Wes and Ada have my whole heart. Wes is the golden retriever man of my dreams. He is just the absolute sweetest I can’t stand it
“I see you, Ada. I always see you, even when you won’t look at me.”
These two know the wada my heart… get it way to my heart, anyways I adore them. My corny attempt at a joke is over now.
However, I guarantee you’ll be hooked by chapter one, their chemistry is so strong. The way he couldn’t keep his eyes off her- Wes is just that man.
“Warning: Dimples may appear and cause panty-dropping.”
It’s true, his dimples are perfect. I can’t see them, but I just know they are perfect.
Also, had to mention, the amount of Lover references in here, my swiftie heart was screaming. Whether they were intentional or not… I loved it all.
”Kissing Wes was the closest thing I’d ever had to a religious experience.”
While there were so many cute moments, I loved how Lyla really took her time to introduce them to us. She didn’t take any short cuts and showed us all the good and bad moments. Learning about Wes’s depression and Ada’s trust issues was something I really enjoyed.
“I was just Wes. And that was fine. I didn’t mind, but I was still excited to have something that was mine.”
Like, I just wanted to give him a hug. Can’t explain it but he’s just everything. Okay, that’s all. I think I’d spoil the entire book if I shared anything more
