I enjoyed this book so much more than I thought I would. I picked it up because it looked like a cute romcom and I needed a pallet cleanser after my last read. It was overall delightful. It had a lot to say about being queer in a small town and even more to say about the powere of RPGs to help people safely explore their identies. Although a bit angsty at times if felt it was appropriate for the mostly teen cast of the book and honestly they handled a lot of conflict more maturely than I would have at the their age. Over all a delightful read, also Ollie I get it, it's impossible not to fall for the axe carrying scarry lesbian.❤️
