2.5 ⭐️ booooo. I wanted to like this so bad. This was a rambling, mess, with the occasional moments of feeling like I was in a slasher movie. I wanted the whole thing to feel like I was watching a 90s horror movie, but instead it had a few fleeting moments like that. Instead a majority of the story was the inner monologue of a 17 year old who couldn’t stay on topic for more than a paragraph. The pages of text were dense and it jumped around soooo much holy moly. The explanation for what was going on, had so much potential and was just touched on here and there. A let down overall.
