READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS IF YOU PLAN TO READ THIS BOOK, THERE ARE MANY

This book was, again, INSANE. Like I want to read dark romances but then I read this and I'm like so maybe it's not for me. But anyways, this book was about 500 pages online where I read it, and this time around I was a lot more invested in the plot. I liked Adeline's POV because it was almost like a plot in TV Show. It was so incredibly dark, and definitely not for everyone. The whole situation is insane, and listen...Zade is cute and fun but...he is also just terrifying like I would be more of a Daya character I feel bc wtf was going on in this book.

I wonder if the author did like research to see what being a house like the one Addie was in is like, because it seemed pretty reasonably accurate. Again, there is definitely a reason that this book is banned, like I do completely understand it. It also like wasn't that good, but I was just hooked on the plot.

I didn't care that Sibby came back and I have 0 recollection of her book so when Kraven or whatever his name is came back, it really just meant nothing to me...but it did kind of seem like it was setting up for a third book so...I will honestly probably read it because....idk anyways

Their romance, overall, is fucked up. Like the whole concept of it is fucked up and he says he would never do anything to hurt her but then doesn't stop when she says no, so it doesn't fucking add up to me. I like that he was there for her while she recovered and was so incredibly patient to get back into their relationship. I DID NOT like when he 'threatened' to get her pregnant and made her think that he took her IUD out....THAT WAS INSANE QHAYT. I will not do pregnancy in most books, and I did not want her pregnant at the end of this book (and thank god she wasn't) but that also means she might be in books to come and I don't care about that at all.

To recap, don't read this book if you are reading this it is...ingrained in my mind.
