A story about two sisters who live in the same city but don’t talk. But with one sister being diagnosed with cancer. The book goes into family dynamics and how each sister has their role. Jayne is always in bad relationships and has an eating disorder. The book really illustrates the eating disorder. There is a love story, which is super sweet.

The cancer really flipped the family dynamics around which was good to see. I enjoyed the mother in the end. She loves her children deeply and children often don’t realize it.
