there's something about a good family drama that just has me sitting on the edge of my seat, completely intrigued and unable to stop reading. that's Malibu Rising. I love reading about siblings' bonds and how they evolved throughout time, and so reading about Riva siblings was a delight. I personally really enjoyed having all the different povs in the second part of the book, seeing the party from a bunch of people's perspectives, because to me it gave the book a sense of urgency.
