Melanie always makes me love her heroes. Aldo was no exception!
Aldo is devoted to his job as a senior manager at the casino but most importantly as Roman's bodyguard. He thinks love and relationships aren't for him until he sees Violet's application on his desk. No matter what he thinks or feels, he would never cross the line. Except Violet is the type of person who goes after who she wants but with class and finesse and Aldo can't exactly contain himself and goes to where she is so he can see and admire her.
Aldo was never meant to resist her because she was made for him and there was no going back since he had a taste of her.
I loved them together. Vi isn't afraid to voice her desires and I loved that. They also had toys involved which I loved. Both of them are πŸ”₯  together.

I loved the side romance we had going on between Luca ( Roman's brother) and a mafia princess.
I loved Roman's relationship with Aldo but most of all I loved that Roman pulled Vi into his circle. Their friendship is fun, light and adorable.
Roman's book is next and I'm very intrigued because he thinks love isn't for him. Little does he know that when the right person comes along, love is the only option.
