The Heir by Kiera Cass

love the general story line, the references and parallels to the original selection books.
Buttttt
1. i hateeeeee the way Eadlyn is behaving through most of the book, makes her so unlikeable (and not in an anti-hero kinda way)
2. imo the old characters, especially May and America, are portrayed so different from the first books. Why talk about how scared America was the palace would change her throughout the whole three books when she ends up almost a new person in #4&5?
3. many of the story lines are sooo predictable
4. there are too many problems and challenges for the protagonist, it’s overwhelming and frustrating
5. some dialogues seem so fake and forced
