Oh this was good. Normally a book with this type of plot could have spun out into pointless drama and miscommunication; not this one though, naw uh. I think the reason this was so different from other YA romcoms and is that the couple genuinely cared for each other from day 1. Despite everything that happened you could tell that they were trying their best to not hurt the other, thus making this actually not cringeworthy. Bravo!
