The fantasy elements were beautifully imagined, and I was quickly drawn into the world the author created. What truly made the book shine for me, though, were the characters—they felt vivid and authentic, and I found myself rooting for them the whole way through. Each one brought something unique to the story, and their interactions were a definite highlight.
While the plot didn’t leave a lasting impression and felt a bit forgettable after finishing the book, the immersive setting and engaging character dynamics more than made up for it. If you’re a fan of fantasy with strong character work, this is still very much worth the read!
