So much gorier than I expected, but could not put it down. The writing style is so comically harsh in its violent tone, which even made me a little nauseous at times, though absolutely addicted to this story.
It’s not for the faint of heart. Even if you’re a seasoned thriller lover, this one is quite bloody and aggressive.
Some brilliant points were made about influencer culture, misogyny and mental health, so it’s definitely worth a shot if you’re able to stomach the many trigger warnings.
Also, this book has put me off processed meat for a good while…. If you know, you know.
