I enjoyed this book greatly, and this series is my absolute favourite. The only reason I dropped a star for this iteration, was because I felt the plot was out of character for Victor. An assassin who has zero sentimentality, and who takes no unnecessary risks, wouldn't have followed the path taken in this book. However, it was still an exciting, fast-paced read.
