People say that the kindest people or people with the biggest and most beautiful smile always have the saddest and darkest history. Well, I can say that it is right for Umemiya. Nii Satoru makes my jaw drop when he reveals Umemiya's past and the tragedies that come and go for this charismatic Bofurin leader. It gives a justified and transparent backstory as to why this character holds the town very dear to him, including the students in Furin and his utopian dream of making Makochi such a peaceful and welcoming place without any life-changing incident.
Moderate: Panic attacks/disorders and Violence
Minor: Bullying, Child abuse, Emotional abuse, and Abandonment
