I enjoy YA fiction. I enjoy dystopian fiction. What I do not enjoy is fiction -- especially young adult fiction -- that involves horrifically invasive tampering with girls' reproductive functioning. Seriously? I was horrified reading this as an adult; I can't begin to imagine what I would be thinking if I were in the target audience.
