A Fatal Grace by Louise Penny
4.0

The second instalment in the series takes us back to Three Pines - in an winter setting - where we catch up with the heroes from the previous book.
Right from the start this book is more sassy, there is a lot of fun and sarcasm as the scenes are set up for the crime. Things will get "dead serious" through the middle of the book, but I loved the setup.
I really enjoyed this book. The mood was set perfectly - Louis Penny really knows how to pull you into the local atmosphere, the characters are lovely as usual - Ruth Zardo is on top of her game. The crime was secondary for me- I kind of guessed it from the start.

So an extremely enjoyable 4 stars cozy mystery.
Great escape from my sci-fi routine.
