Heartstopper Volume 5 by Alice Oseman
5.0
Heart = stopped. For a fifth time. Alice Oseman does it again with yet another volume filled with charm, love, and wit that will make you feel all the feelings.
What I love most about Heartstopper is its ability to shift tone at a moment’s notice when needed — while still remaining so cohesive. We get the emotional points — Charlie’s struggles with mental health & body image, Nick’s identity crisis & uncertainty about his future — interwoven with the lightheartedness and levity of the other plot lines in the book.
This series is something truly special and I will be so sad when it’s over.
