The Nature of Disappearing by Kimi Cunningham Grant
adventurous
emotional
mysterious
fast-paced
4.0
In the Nature of Disappearing we are bouncing between two timelines. One is in the last between 7-3 years ago. And the main storyline is in the present where Em is trying to help her ex boyfriend find her missing friend Janessa.
I really loved the present timeline story. I loved the descriptions of nature and I keep turning the pages to find out what the was happening.
I did not enjoy the past storylines as much. I did appreciate some aspects of learning how this cast of characters met. But I felt like the past storyline was a little too long at times.
Overall though I really enjoyed the book and the ending was great
