Oh my actual fucking god. JAKE AND DYLAN STOLE MY HEART!!! Their story was endlessly sweet, hilarious and so STEAMY!! Everything about this book was amazing, from the first to the final page. The plot was fantastic and I did not see the plot twist coming!! 

This is my first book by Jillian and if the rest of her books are even half as incredible as Burn It Down I’ll have found a new favorite author!
