Men Who Hate Women by Laura Bates

Blunt, detailed, strong. Unfortunately I had some familiarity with the content, especially with internet culture being the seeds for extreme misogyny and violence, but reading it all at once was quite a lot. Powerful feels too positive an adjective for this writing. A bit repetitive in chapters 3-8 but that doesn't take away from the bigger points. As a teacher of adolescents, listening to the chapter on online radicalization and misogyny in young people was too real, and I was so appreciative that Bates followed it up with chapter 10 on potential solutions and supports eapecially for young people.
