Loved this book. Had a slow start but I think it’s needed to understand how angry Lore is and to see her character development flourish. There is a tiny romance subplot but it doesn’t overwhelm the main plot of the book. The plot’s twists and betrayal at the end is so heart wrenching! But they all made sense, it wasn’t a twist just to have one, it made sense to the story. With it being a standalone the questions you have throughout the book do get answered and you get a solid conclusion to the story and a happy ending.
