Men written by women are better. I wish 90% of the men I read about in romance books were real, but alas - they're like unicorns in the real world.

As wonderful and lovely as Iwan was, the real shining stars of this book were Fiona and Drew. Damn do I want friends like that. Loyalty is so hard to come by in today's world and while yes, Clementine has known them the entirety of her stint at Strauss and Adder's, it's so hard to find friends that stick by you like that! They were ready to take on a potential murderer to make sure their girl got home safely and one of them was heavily pregnant to boot.

Iwan was a dreamboat. The banter was top notch and his adorable nickname for her - Lemon - melted me and it wasn't even for me! The perfect amount of adorable awkwardness mixed with sultry. And he's a ginger. Incredible.

Final tidbit - I loved the names of the pigeons. I firmly believe they're immortal and are tasked with annoying whomever lives in that apartment for eternity.
