I have so many mixed emotions about this book. There were times I wanted to rip it to shreds because I was so angry at the unrealistic expectations it set for how parenting would be. Luckily my husband and I opted to implement aspects of it without stressing over the aspects we could not control. If nothing else, the chapter on "Why my baby is crying" is worth memorizing. I'll let you know in 18 years how we really felt about this book!
