i finished this book about 12-13 hours ago, I stayed up and took the time to finish this...it's my 1st completed book of 2017
i was reading this this from about 12:15 this morning, till around 1:15 am
Alex died and I cried, and cried some more. I was so shocked I didn't even know what to think or say.
This novel was just as good as I anticipated it to be, actually better than that. It was thought-provoking and a rollercoaster through each character's physical, mental, and emotional struggles and feats. I'm so glad I got to be with Alex, Peekay (Claire), Jack, Branley, Park, Sara, Adam, and all the others in their small town in Ohio. This book introduced me to rape culture and hat death can do to a person. I feel like everyone should read this so they can be exposed and enlightened to how real the threat and possibility of child molestation and rape is. Overall, this book was a terrific read. Truly a magnificent piece of literature.
