What an amazing book! Micaiah Johnson is a wonderful author with an engaging voice. This is the perfect blend of a classic sci-fi that makes you question and think about society and what it means to have a utopia and a more modern story focused on characters and their ever changing relationships with each other. Cara’s relationships with each of the other characters are interesting and dynamic and change over the course of the story in a way that had me invested (and the romance kept me reading while not detracting from the plot).
