2020 sucked.
Like mega-sucked.
Like all that quarantine shit triggered my childhood and teenaged memories of being isolated and lonely and depressed and just dreaming of the day I was an adult and on my own and able to do things like go to the grocery store and be with people.
And then there was 2020. 2020 recreated 1992 - 2009 for me, and suddenly, I was a teenager again, doing homework in my sweats lying on my bed, wondering what friends were like, building LEGOs and Lincoln Log and Tinker Toy houses with my sibling and pondering what telescope I would buy when I had the disposable income.
2020 broke me, friends. Allie Brosh understands that.
