Sometimes Brooklyn, Mostly Mars by Keith Kareem Williams

5.0

Enter into the world of Author Keith Kareem Williams. Mr. Williams takes his readers into his mind's eye as he is in the process of writing. In this book brings to the light deepest thoughts, craziest comparisons, and great quotes that you can use in your everyday living. The author gives you a look into his daily life from his career, his family, and a little feel of his writing style. I cant say much about this book because it is so easy to give away.

I have to say that this was a very different read from other's books that I have read in the past. It was a nice nugget to go into a mind of the author. I never read a book that has first a crazy title that makes you think twice and also that is that intimate from an African American author. With short chapters and great poetry this makes a quick read for any reader that is on the go.
