This second entry in the delightful world of Penelope and the Incorrigibles introduces new characters (such as the iconic Simon Harley-Dickinson, with the gleam of genius in his eye and the poetical forelock of hair), expands upon old ones, and deepens the mystery of the Ashtons and the Incorrigibles all while perfectly encapsulating the experience of traveling to and within a big city. Yet again, 5 stars for sure, my friends.
