Burning For Revenge by John Marsden

4.0

The main action set piece is the biggest yet and it's exciting! The close calls keep coming but they're handled pretty well, again relying on shortcomings of amateur soldiers over and over. You can forgive.
There's also plenty of teen girl fretting; coming page after page by the end of this installment. Play to your audience, I guess.
The introduction of outlaw orphaned street urchins is hard to swallow.
