Interested in this both personally and professionally. I've already cringed twice when the book has mentioned the name of my employer. I feel like it will be happening more.

I found this book to be really interesting. Professionally this gave me a lot of great information and context. Personally, it made me feel a little helpless and very frustrated to know how out of control the health care system really is. The Appendix, however, contained lots of reference websites and tools to help consumers do their research when choosing health care.
(PS - my employer was only named one more time in the book, and not in any negative context. Phew!)
