Here are the reasons I'm disappointed:
Prologue unnecessary except to use the word lesbionage and reference alternate uses for a hair bush handle.
Can't stay consistent between three books. First two Nate had an unwavering purple halo now it's crimson? A third of the way through the book and Nate's halo is purple again. It alternates a few more times and if this is how character development is shown, weak.
After reading the mixed reactions of other reviews about the ending it actually earned another star for the last thrilling chapters alone. Could not put it down.
