Cruz & Maddix were perfect!

Cruz wants to sign a deal that would change his life, but they are hesitant to sign with him because of his playboy & partyboy status. They make him a deal that if he can fake date a woman for a few months to show that he is serious, they will go forward with the deal. Instead of choosing an actress that was optioned to him, Cruz chose Maddix who works for the company, and decided to sit in on this meeting. Maddix is shocked, but her boss approves and she knows this will help her career if it is successful.

Maddix is set to travel with Cruz as he goes from race to race in the F1. Maddix isn't super happy about this but goes with it for the sake of her career. She resists Cruz, while Cruz thinks this will just be a bit of fun until he can sign the contract and get this fake dating over with.

Since they are constantly traveling, they're forced to stay in hotels with only one bed, since the world thinks they are happily in love. Sooner or later the lines start to blur, and they are both in the "fake" relationship more than they thought they would be.

Cruz is one damaged man. Between his mother being in and out of his life and his father placing ridiculous expectations on him and his F1 career, Cruz never experienced unconditional love. Maddix is the opposite, her parents are still happily married and she always had an example of a healthy relationship.

Maddix is trying to get Cruz to trust her, but it's always one step forward and two steps back with him. After spending so much time together, and opening up piece by piece they can't help but fall for each other after having a better understanding of the other person.

I really loved the story between Cruz and Maddix! They were both such strong characters, and seeing them fall for each other was so much fun. They had so many heartwarming moments and i couldn't help but root for them the whole time!

Cannot wait for the next F1 romance in the series.
