Real Trouble by Elle Keaton
2.0
God, I really, really disliked Danny and had no patience to his angst :/
The lack of backstory was also a serious issue here as we don't get to see the connection between Soren and Danny growing and that conspired against enjoying their relationship; the insta-lust and unprofessional conduct at that first interview would have been more bearable ~sigh~
This book is obviously heavily set over a different series, referring to past events that weren’t mentioned here. Can it be read as a standalone? I don't think so, even when it is a completely different series; it feels like you are missing half of the story.
And Michael Dean's narration... I don't really liked it.
