Final Girls
by Riley Sager
This book was thoroughly OK. Easy to read, but I predicted about 80% of the plot twists. Perhaps some unique subversions of expected stereotypes, but they felt strangely uninspired. I didn’t find myself rooting for any of the characters, which may have been why things fell so flat. I do think Stephen King’s assessment of this being very similar to Gone Girl is right on track, so you’d like this book if you enjoyed that work.
