I absolutely loved this book. It was a lovely mix of steampunk, paranormal, and romance. The heroine was assertive and smart, the perfect compliment to the hero's alpha personality. The worldbuilding, though, is what really did it for me. The steampunk elements were fleeting, but noticeable. Dirigibles, specialized goggles, steam engines on display, and even a robotic "wax man" helped color the landscape without attempting to monopolize the story. It was the perfect mixture of technology and paranormal.
