Honestly, this gave me a bit of whiplash like I thought I missed something for a second there and had to go back and reread a bit because why did he suddenly like her?? Oh well! The second half was better than the first, it was a cozy and quick read!

The I love yous felt a bit rushed but I live and breathe for the bodyguard trope so you know I loved this novella!
