i tried to read this once and marked it as a dnf because i wasnt in the right mood for it. however, when i came back to it, i was absolutely enthralled and i couldnt put it down. i love alex stern with my whole chest, and though the book was dense, it really pulled me in and immersed me in the world of yale and secret societies that leigh bardugo created. for anyone unsure about this book: give it a chance!! picking it back up was one of the best decisions i made
