I enjoyed this book more than book 2. It was recommended to read this book as book 2, vs the actual book 2.
DI Jackman and DS Evans have to solve a string of murders that a man confessed to doing, however don't believe him. So the real murderer is still out there. Why does this man think he's the murderer.
Many character connections, twists and turns, a B story in the background that ties in with the A story brings everything together.
