I cannot fathom all of the good word for this book for the past 20 odd years. I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't say I liked it either. I am not a big reader of "chick-lit" but I've read several that I liked far more than this. I found myself reading to get it over with, rather than because I wanted to see, or even care, what happened next. I would not recommend this to anyone.
